Modifying/Cancelling a order
If you would like to modify/cancel your order and it has not been shipped yet, please reach out to us - email@example.com.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled/modified.
Returns and Exchange
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. In case, you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to refund/exchange it, we will issue store credit for the same amount pertaining to approval by our customer care team.
If you would like to modify your order and it has not yet been shipped, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified.
I received a damaged product. What should I do?
